What's everyone having for dinner tonight?

Been done to death but I love these threads.

We're having pulled pork enchiladas tonight, what's everyone else having?

Salmon fillets (small) and/or tuna.
Mixed salad with vinaigrette, air fryer potato croquettes.
Choice of apple, grapes, banana or the first mandarins of the season.

Spaghetti with butter, parmesan and black pepper.

Spanish chicken in the slow cooker, with rice. Twas lush.

Tuna and chilli and lime fishcakes with garlic stir fried broccoli, peppers and baby corn.

Sweet potato wedges, quiche, mixed salad, steamed stem broccoli and green beans

Spaghetti Arrabiata!!!
Spicy and yummy with loads of cheese

Leek, potato and cheddar soup with crusty bread.

Jacket potatoes with cheese or hummus and a tomato and avocado salad.

Aberdeen Angus sausages with mashed potato and an onion and mustard gravy.

Chicken orzo soup that I saw on Instagram reels. It was delicious. Luckily, because I made loads so will have it for lunch tomorrow as well!

It was going to be seabass with harissa roasted veg and potatoes.

But one DD has been away on a school residential and came back wanting to eat immediately! Other DD had just tested positive for covid and DH is working late and not home for dinner.

So the three of us have had potato waffles, fish fingers and beans. Fish has been put in the freezer.

Pasta with roasted veg and tomato sauce, topped with cheese and baked in the oven. I made enough for DH and I to take some to work, cold, for lunch tomorrow but Dh and DC scoffed it all.

There is an apple cake but I have hidden it because they were full. It'll keep.

DH is having steak pie with loads of veg, mash and gravy.
I didn't fancy that and I don't know yet. Maybe scrambled egg on toast.

Sausage , egg and chips.
It's all he could be bothered to make when he got home from work.

Was delicious !

Burgers, chips and salad and it was bloody lovely

Tomato soup and cheese sandwiches here. DC doesn't like tomatoes except in pizza so let them pick what they wanted and they just wanted a bowl of porridge tonight.

I made moussaka but it took so bloody long I had toast.
Everyone else is out.
So tomorrow's dinner is done.

Beef massaman curry with jasmine rice. It’s a favourite we have it at least once every fortnight.

Dh going out to the theatre with a neighbour so I’ve made myself a favourite of mine he doesn’t like - chicken chasseur with creamy mash and cheesy potato croquettes. Was so yum!

Roasted butternut squash and goat's cheese risotto. BBQ pork, butternut squash rice and corn tomorrow

Homemade chicken korma with rice and Naan bread. Cheesecake for dessert.

We had Gusto General Tso with green beans instead of broccoli and I cooked it in the chicken and sauce, with rice. Very delicious and could eat it all again😊
