GYM leggings - pants or no pants?

So a quick question for ladies who wear gym leggings.

I usually run outside so don’t give too much thought to a VPL except when I’m racing.

But I’ve been going to the gym more and conscious of my VPL - which I’ve noticed nobody else has? I’m not sure how you can escape a VPL in tight gym leggings. I have some seamless pants which are as close as you can get to not having a VPL but it’s still visible at times.

Are others not wearing any pants?

I appreciate this is a slightly personal question so thanks in advance if you feel comfortable to respond!

People here are astonishly naive. Imagine if the man who posted this came up to you in the park and quizzed you about your underwear. You wouldn't stand there obliging the loser with descriptions, right?

I have a couple of special pairs of massive knickers which I wear with gym leggings, to stop chaffing , I think they are so huge that the VPL is so low it doesn’t look like one, but TBH I’ve never checked, I wear them to run and that’s it. If I was out and about in them I might be more bothered.

This. ‘hello fellow ladies, tell me about what you wear when you exercise . Oh, and by the way, I sometimes pee myself. Should I wear pants?’

Omg! I do have some pairs that are getting a bit thin and realise they must be 10+ years old. This is my sign to throw them out. Probably also contributes to a VPL as they’re deffo thinner (not least because my arse us gotten bigger).

Do you, dear? Gosh, how embarrassing for you to be wearing worn leggings that show every contour of your…errrr….VPL. Isn’t there a specialist website you can visit where you can share this with likeminded ‘ladies’

I love that people have joined a 7 week old thread just to tell me I’m a pervert, when all they’re doing is attracting more attention to the thread - which would totally defeat the object.

Anyway, for those who have been able to post a sensible reply and who can’t star jump without leaking I have found these.

So comfortable to workout in and large enough to accommodate a Tena/panty liner or whatever other leak protection you need.
