GYM leggings - pants or no pants?

So a quick question for ladies who wear gym leggings.

I usually run outside so don’t give too much thought to a VPL except when I’m racing.

But I’ve been going to the gym more and conscious of my VPL - which I’ve noticed nobody else has? I’m not sure how you can escape a VPL in tight gym leggings. I have some seamless pants which are as close as you can get to not having a VPL but it’s still visible at times.

Are others not wearing any pants?

Were you thinking about sticking a party liner to your leggings??

I suggest you wear bloomers under the leggings so the vpl is at knee level. less noticeable

Yeah it doesn’t usually bother me, I think when I’m having PT seasons etc I just feel more self conscious. Probably because my PT looks amazing and I realise often has a view of my ass!

I hadn’t thought that far ahead into the logistics. But I do leak (occasionally) when exercising so I suppose no pants wouldn’t be viable for me.

Exactly. No knickers is unhygienic if you (like me!!) have occasional leaks when energetic or (like me) get gym crotch!! I have a PT and I'm extra cautious and often change my PL half way through to make sure I'm not whiffy. Not wearing knickers sounds absolutely disgusting to me.

I've found the Modibodi shorts and leggings are great - nothing needed underneath too so no VPL! And Réjeanne, which is a French brand, but they do ship worldwide.

As an actual woman, I would never think of putting the word 'woman' in my username.

My gym has the insta looking gym folk who put us VPL, leaking ladies to shame 🤣 so I do feel a bit self conscious. Confidence is key!

You must speak for all of us. What would satisfy you? A photo of my VPL or genitals - what fuzzy comfort are you hoping to gain from this line of questioning?

Sports underwear like Danish Endurance (seamless, moisture-wicking, quick dry) absolutely does not show and also - hear me out - shorty/hipster type underwear. Does not have seams/frills on the butt so no lines to show.

I wear boy shorts or Brazilian pants. Also I only wear black and fairly thick leggings, or I wear shorts, and never worry about VPL. It's not something I can see, and as for everyone else they shouldn't be gorping at my arse.

At the gym I wear a thong. Running outside I go without underwear. I wash my kit every time so it’s fine.
