Discontinued food you miss

Or just can't get for whatever reason.

Currently really fancying the ww chicken & wedges, it was in a nice tomato sauce but I also really miss the slimming world tomato and bean soup that came in a pouch.

I realise these are both diet foods and tomato based, maybe I should just go and make a tomato salad 😂

M&S are the worst for this.

They've got rid of their crispy potato slices and they used to do some Count On Us Yorkshire puddings with either chicken or beef in. I loved them. All gone 😭

The old Greggs vegetable pasties before they changed them. They were stodgy, spicy and delicious and changed them to a gross cheese sauce based one that smelt like sick. Don't think they do either now though. I worked there as a teen and the quality used to be so much better than it is now.

I loved those too 😔

Oh and I forgot Fox classic bars. They seem to have been discontinued as well.

I had some fox's classics last year! Have they gone since then? Have you tried poundland or b&m?

I missed the batchelors mushroom and wine pasta n sauce (the one in the packet) when they stopped doing it years ago and still look now and again to see if it came back. Was tasty and great for a quick snack/lunch. The other flavours were/are vile.

Agree with so many of these

Cheese moments, brannigans (sob), Vesta crispy noodles, bovril crisps (omg I had forgotten how good they were) and the old style greggs vegetable pasties, the new ones are 🤮

Also came to say rum and raisin choc ices. I've been looking for them for years.

Chipsticks - the ready salted ones. I hate vinegar and you can only buy salt and vinegar ones now. Miss them so much 😭

You can buy snaps in Aldi! They aren't cadburys though :( but the chocolates decent x

About 15 years ago I was obsessed with a fruit snack pot thing from boots. Was pineapple with some amazing mango and coconut dipping sauce.
I still look every time I go in that shop ☹️

Fruit (with the random
chocolate one) Toffos.
Spearmint Pacers.
Nutty bars (the 70’s turd shaped one).
Texan bars (they reappeared for a limited time in the early 2000s).
Pyramint.
Cabana bars.
Coconut Boost.
Crawford’s iced biscuits.
Burton’s Puffs and Piglet snacks (the latter was baked bean flavoured).
Mc Vitie’s Tunis cake (although I made a mean replica one).

My absolutely favourite biscuit, Happy Faces, made a glorious return this year.

Alas, being diabetic & recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, I can’t bloody eat them lol.
