Hello, feeling really tired and fed up today, can't seem to motivate myself to do the things I should be doing, anyone else feel down today?

A bit of time travel capability would be most illuminating with regards to the pyramids and the engineering of the time.

It is fascinating to me that we consider ourselves (in the present time) to be all knowing with all manner of information at our fingertips.

And yet we have been knocked into a cocket hat by ancient civilisations in many respects.

@jeffgoldblum and @Maireas - yes, I have had another reasonable day. Had some energy today. Met up with my Mum for coffee, and spent the afternoon with her.

I got a message saying I have an appointment at the Haematology Department, at the hospital. Only that it's in May next year!!! Hopefully I won't get a lot more worse before then. Still no date for ultrasound on my liver. That will probably take ages for me to be seen too.

In the meantime, I am going to try and lose the excess weight I have. Oh, and keep asking for help with my Perimenopause symptoms.

May next year! Surely that's an error, @Needingacoffee ? I wonder why.
Perhaps it's different, but I had a consultation with my GP on the Wednesday. She sent me for bloods at the hospital the next day. I got my results on the Monday. Unless it's something very specialist. Good luck with the menopause, that can be a rough ride.

No, that is no error @Maireas . My high platelet levels better be kept an eye upon though. I don't even know what's causing them. 😕 Too specialist to be done by GP.

Well I hope that the GP can get you a more speedy referral for your platelets levels.

That's a pity. You take care, but rattle at your GP practice door if you feel any worse.

I will go back to GP, if I feel worse or get new symptoms. Just got to take it easier, and rest more on some days I think.

Ideally I would have still been in my jammies but it was too sticky.

Met a few folk out and about today earlier than usual who were also restless.

I’m told covid is flying round again up here. I could do with dodging that. 🤞🏼

It's not too hot where I am at the mo ! But after many complaints we have air con in our bedroom! , it was only in the kids room previously!! Which I found irritating as I'm the one who gets hot !
I need to water the plants in my greenhouse though!
