I don't think I really understand what a fascist is.

@stayathomer it drives me mad when my child asks for a TV show and I'm like is it Netflix, BBC, Disney plus, youtube. Only daddy knows. Ugh!!!

How birds just glide through the air without flapping they're wings and how education evolved both schools and further education for proffrsional rolls doctors solicitors etc. Who was first to train them to do the job 🤔😱

Juatwatch.com is your friend. Search for a film or show and it tells you which streaming service has it

I’m self employed, 39, but have never set up a pension because I just don’t understand it or where to start☹️ Every time I try and research it I get overwhelmed with all the options. It’s the only thing that never comes off my to-do list 😭

Misty, you need an IFA mate. He/she will explain the options and guide you to what suits your individual circumstances best. Maybe ask around the people you know for a personal recommendation, or google Independent Financial Advisers in your area.

Obviously not your idea of a fun day out but it is important, don't leave it any later

Thanks so much @TheNoodlesIncident!

Egregious 🤣...I go into panic mode when I hear this after The League of Gentlemen....good or bad.....which one? 🤣🤣🤣

Egregious. What a shocker. I tend to lean towards "overdone, OTT, too much".

NumberFortyNorhamGardens · 09/08/2023 11:49

‘Egregious’ means ‘utterly bad, appalling, outrageously terrible’ as in ‘the egregious Boris Johnson’.

I dislike the word. I don’t think it adds any extra meaning to the language.

Funnily enough I first came across the word egregious in relation to Boris Johnson and had to look it up. If ever I read a word and don't know what it means I immediately look it up and screenshot the definition. Then when I'm scrolling through my photos looking for something else I invariably come across random word definitions and eventually they find their way into my brain. I've now learned the word hubris in this way as well.. also first read in relation to a piece about BJ!
