The first time my kid saw the word quality written down.
He would have heard it before, but we were at a beach burger stall that said quality beef burgers.
He pronounced every single letter while we all fell around.

It's now pronounced chwaaaalitay

I couldn't say father Christmas as a child and would say father mit met me (( father Christmas tree )) my brother still uses that one 😂😂😂

Loads in our family but my personal favourite is courtesy of DS who in about year 4 or 5 told me that he had been reading about that well known territory of Denmark, The Ferrero Islands. (I believe they have a very generous Ambassador 😂)

Hand semanitizer (hand sanitizer)
Note wipe (nose wipe)

From Ds:
Biquet (biscuit)
Happy doo doo (happy birthday to you or also just birthday) - this has progressed now to "happy do you baby clap clap" as in he sings these words instead of "happy birthday to you" but we still call it happy doo doo.
