Did anyone get an access code today? I applied for 3 cities and for all 3 I've been put on the wait list. No codes for me 😔

Did everyone have codes sent that they are only allowed to try for certain concerts? Mine says I have to try tomorrow at 11am and 1pm for Wembley but others seem to be able to try for any dates at one venue.

I think as Wembley has 6 shows they have split applications for that but any other venue is any show

Harrythehappypig · 17/07/2023 17:04

My DC had been on the waiting list then got a code. She got in but only £660 VIP tickets available so we have abandoned.

Okonuru73 · 17/07/2023 17:05

Similar experience to others. My position in the 3 queues for Edinburgh was ok - around 6000/7000 ahead of me. Took 35mins/30mins and 25mins to get to the front. Nothing available in the under 200quid bracket on any of the 3 dates. I ended up chucking money at a package on day 3.

Yes, we had a June date and an August date to try for Wembley.

OneHundredOtters · 17/07/2023 20:28

Got 4 for Edinburgh on the third try. Started at 2500ish in the queue

Mummyme87 · 17/07/2023 20:37

So I got a code for Wembley with AXS for today. 11am got in the queue at 11.18, refreshed 3000 times, even swapped to my phone as it thought I was a bot at one point. Tickets constantly came and went as they dropped out of people’s baskets. I had two £332 package tickets in my basket at about 11.45 but left it too late to decide so lost them. Gave up at 12.20.
back in the queue at 1.14 for afternoon attempt and at 2.05 I got x2 £277 package tickets - general standing admission/early access 🤩🤩

when it tells you there are none available, refresh the page and keep trying. They come and go all the time

cupboardday · 17/07/2023 20:56

I have another question I'm getting very confused! The instructions say log on, then click the link in the email. Doesn't that mean I leave the AXS page after I've logged on , then when I click the link it will open in another window, but I can't see where to log on on that page?

Am I worrying about nothing and it will automatically know I'm logged on in the original window?

Mummyme87 · 17/07/2023 21:01

@cupboardday make sure you have an AXS account that you can access. Then on the day just do the purchase link in the email. I logged in when actually purchasing the tickets as prompted

cupboardday · 17/07/2023 21:04

Thanks@Mummyme87 . I'm definitely overthinking this now!

Mummyme87 · 17/07/2023 21:19

@cupboardday my tip is don’t give up. It said from the beginning there was nothing left but they come and go

Wazzzzzuuuuuuup · 17/07/2023 21:41

I was 2500 ish in the queue on my first go for Edinburgh today, and never even got any in my basket. I tried for all 3 types of standing, general seating and the cheapest seating package. Nada.

I was then busy at work for the other pre sales. Dh thought he'd take a quick look for the second pre sale at 1.10ish, and managed to get general standing tickets, no worries 👍

I hope they look into accessible tickets in general going forward, I have to say I was ignorant to how challenging this is for concerts and gigs but its sad there wasn't any sort of system it seems beyond phoning many many times, holding the line for ages and apparently some people have had huge phone bills!

Aside from that I agree the pre sale seemed to go well. With how few codes they seem to have given out hopefully those who have them have a really good chance of getting tickets. I was surprised just how many of us in pre sale actually got tickets!

Accessibility tickets were a joke!

No proof required to buy them for the Anfield tickets so they all sold out, likely to people who don’t actually need them.

CouldIHaveThatInEnglishPlease · 18/07/2023 11:52

Dd has managed to get us 3 tickets for Wembley 🥳 just normal seated ones for £194 each.

monsteramadness · 18/07/2023 14:51

We've had no email. No access to the sale.
How the heck are we supposed to get any now? I'm so annoyed.

trackerc · 18/07/2023 15:34

I noticed if you keep refreshing other options come up. At first only £661 & was gutted then after a few refreshes there's £221 & once on a refresh there was a side view under £200.

Bonelly · 18/07/2023 16:05

Urgh off the waitlist and greeted my £660 tickets 😯. Eh no.

TattiePants · 18/07/2023 16:32

@Bonelly same here. I had an email yesterday to say I was off the waiting list so frantically logged in to find only £661 tickets left.

Same. How is that fair?

Deargodletitgo · 18/07/2023 17:24

I ended up buying for a German show, prices were cheaper than having to buy for any uk show

usernotfound0000 · 18/07/2023 17:54

No luck on the 11am today, all gone by the time I got access at 11.14. 1pm I got in quite quickly, about 1.05, they only had single standing tickets left, single P1 tickets (£185 I think) or vip packages. Got into 3pm one and could add 4 tickets to the basket but they were £275 each so couldn't bring myself to pay that! Luckily DD didn't know it was an option although I am quite disappointed

Same here. I'd already accepted that I'm not going so I'm not going to sit and refresh for hours in the hope that something else appears.

dizzydizzydizzy · 18/07/2023 19:14

DD got 2 tickets for £170 for Wembley for her and her friend. She is overjoyed. She took the day off work specially. Her friend is ecstatic because she had a code for today but did not manage to get anything.

I've never seen anyone so happy! It was so sweet.

allsogreen · 18/07/2023 19:34

well I was feeling delighted having manged to get 2 tickets for Dds (17 and 21) for Liverpool. But have booked on my account with my credit card and only now realised it is a lead booker event, meaning one of dds wont be able to go(how to choose which one!) and I will need to go instead. Gutted. I dont even especially like Taylor Swift. What a total disaster. So so sad

CornishGem1975 · 18/07/2023 19:35

It's fine - don't stress. AXS and Ticketmaster have both said to many people the opposite. I think they'll clear it up in time.

3luckystars · 18/07/2023 19:35

Just give one of them your phone for the night.
