What films do you watch when you want to leave your brain at the door?

Sometimes I just want to watch nonsense and for me, you can't beat a good old disaster movie. If I'm feeling a bit fed up (like I am today, thanks covid) give me The Towering Inferno or The Poseidon Adventure and I'm happy as a clam. Watched 2012 this afternoon. Man, that was utter shite and I feel I may have to trawl Netflix shortly for something else.

What are your preferences for 'no think watching' as my DS calls it?

Clueless

Horror movies. I’ve watched Malignant probably a dozen times. It’s so OTT and stupid and deliciously entertaining. Or 80s macho tosh like Road House. Strapping sweaty men in vests punching each other 😙👌

These are two of my favourites with the Three Men and a baby first. Also, the Look Who's Talking films and anything with Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn from the 80s or 90s.
