Who do you think is the BBC presenter who has been suspended?

I don't have twitter and haven't seen any theories as to who it is, I'm presuming a man due to the figure outline being used in the press:

If it's who I think is being suggested, I've never understood the love for him and always found him creepy, tbh.

I wouldn't say that I loved this person but I had respect for him. He's someone that's always been there, and when important news happened he had me listening. Especially with the Queen. I feel a bit let down tbh but obviously that's nothing in comparison to what the young person has been through. What a mess.

But we don't know do we. Yesterday everyone was convinced it was Vine.

I saw somebody on Twitter frothing that everybody naming the person who is being widely named have done so because of anti-Welsh hatred.

No, nobody cares one way or the other what nationality he is; it's kind of based on what he may or may not have done to exploit an underage vulnerable young person.

I reckon that may have been sparked by an eager person who saw a press release oddly saying that he was being REPLACED by somebody else on his TV show, when she was only standing in for him for a week whilst he was on holiday - and it was from two or three weeks ago and he's since been back.

I think there are an awful lot of inexplicable 'coincidences' stacking up against the current man if it isn't him.

This is just my personal feeling, but I find it very surprising for a man of his age and demographic to put his (very obvious) pronouns in his SM bio - at the very beginning before everything else, as well. Apart from anything else, he's on the BBC and always referred to as 'he' by his colleagues - I think all of us would know very well by now if he wanted to use non-sex-based ones.

The BBC advertised one of his shows yesterday. That would be odd and inappropriate. So I doubt it is him.

I don't blame the parents for going to The Sun - they felt the BBC was ignoring them. The Sun has a large readership including all politicians, etc. It's a good way to put pressure on the BBC, and raise awareness in case there are other victims.

The newsreader who is commonly blamed doesn't have pronouns in his bio - now I'm confused as to who's being accused...

A name came to my mind but I'm not sure if they're still a BBC presenter.

What I find really strange is the sex of the youth reported nowhere. Maybe it's being kept quiet so speculators don't target presenters based on their sexuality. Or maybe the youth identifies as nb or something.

They are still protecting abusers, they all deserve all that they get.

It hasn't been reported, but a few different news readers have said he when reporting the story.

Someone off countryfile is my totally random guess. There's a couple on there that give me creeps.

Instagram asks you your pronouns when you set it up but twitter doesn't. I wouldn't read too much into that.
