what's for dinner?

This week.

We have chicken ramen tonight using leftover roast chicken from Sunday.

After that I am out of ideas. And need to meal plan as have some big expenses coming up and can't afford to push the fuck it button and order in Dominoes. :)

I suspect tonight will be some variation of hummus, pitta, tzatziki, kebabs and salads!!

(Plus watermelon).

I'm only working till 2 today,so will pop to Sainsburys after.Just need to decide on Greek night or Spanish.Havent had a tipple since last weekend so looking forward to having one🍷

We are having ribs and wings, kids having hotdogs and theres salad and garlic bread on the side.

Apple purée apparently (see separate thread).

We are back from holiday and I have been inspired by all the beautiful salads and grilled meats we had while away. Almost all my IBS symptoms cleared up as well.

So lunch will be salads and dips. But for dinner I might make a really rich pasta bolognese to please Ds1 as it is his favourite.
