The Shipping Forecast came on Radio 4 a short while ago and, as usual, I went grrrr and wanted it to go away. Ridiculous I know.

My mum's handwriting does it too - just have to see it for a second and I have an internal reaction. Absolutely no real reason for it.

It really bugs me when a (rare) bus driver waits for someone who is running for the bus and the person just jumps on and scans their card without a word of thanks. No wonder so many bus drivers don't bother to wait!

Unsalted butter. It really, irrationally make me cross becaue it tastes disgusting and salted butter is the best thing ever.
We buy both - unsalted for cakes and lovely sea salty crunchy butter for other things. But I get annoyed when DH puts the unsalted one in the butter dish!

People at the queue in the post office who only start packaging up their item whilst at the till, no doubt having just bought the packaging material.

Get your act together next time or just move aside, so that the person who packaged everything at home can take 2 minutes to get their parcel weighed, paid and posted.

People who say their toddlers age in months instead of just saying they are 2 or 3 years old - DD is 39 months old etc AAAAGH 😂

One of mine which is irrational is when people are looking for paper photos they don't just look at them in the order you give them, they start mixing them up! AAAGH! Look at them in order!

Less of an issue these days with digital photos though

Showing someone a picture on your phone and they immediately start scrolling through your other pictures. Apart from
being infuriating it's incredibly rude!

Scones heated in the microwave - I can’t tell you how mad this makes me. Scones have to be served at room temperature with lots of cool butter (and possibly certain kinds of conserve), but a scone warmed in the microwave in a cafe usually means it’s not fresh and gets sent straight back. Just typing that makes me angry actually.

Effing flies buzzing around my office area. Fuckers.
