DP doesn't get poo cramps

What's wrong with him? What's wrong with his body?

I'm not the weird one, right? Most people if they eat something their body doesn't entirely agree with get a crampy-feeling until it's all out right? Mine is after anything with too much dairy or fish and chips/other greasy takeaways.

He thinks he's the normal one and I'm the odd one. But I've never heard of anyone just not having poo cramps?! Are there people who just... need to have a poo? And that's it? Every time?

As I make yet another trip to the toilet I am awash with envy. Also I should probably just stop eating chocolate. Hmm

I have ibs so know exactly what you're talking about. I'm also quite surprised by how little experience others seem to have of this. I hate it, it's horrific when I get it. Always makes me remember why I decided to stop at 1 baby as its not far off labour pains!

I've never had poo cramps in my life, nor have I heard it was a thing until I read your OP.

With me, I feel the need to go and I just go. No cramps, no issues.

Deborah James would strongly disagree with you. This attitude costs lives.

Sorry, that was aimed at @ZeldaWillTellYourFortune

@LetsPlayShadowlands totally agree.

As well as bowel cancer, ovarian cancer can cause awful bloating and abdominal pains that are often assumed to be IBS.

Ovarian cancer is so often caught late at stage 3 or 4 because of the tendency to assume IBS or the beginning of gallbladder issues.
