I have raging PMS and am exhausted by work. I just want everyone to fuck off and leave me the fuck alone! Special mention to: year 8, GCSE exams and my toddler who is permanently miserable because he doesn't understand he just needs to go to and stay the fuck asleep! In-laws have just arrived and I just CBA to be sociable. Hiding and crying in the bedroom as I hate being like this but can't help it.

The bastard NHS service my Dad received a few weeks ago, GP, Paramedics, A&E staff. Discharged him from hospital but then deteriorated and died of Sepsis a few days later. He died without us and in pain. Yes you bastards you will be made to sit and tell me why this was - every single one of you will answer my multiple questions. I say this as an NHS nurse and have never felt so let down. We bury him tomorrow. So grief can fuck off too

I've never felt so frightened or upset by the state of our NHS and I'm due to have a baby in 2 weeks, I just hope we're looked after, I have huge anxiety about it.
