She had one initially but took it off and handed it over when she first handed the sword over. Her arms must be in bits by now.

I'm a bit confused about the comments saying 'I'm still in my nightdress,' and 'I'm still in my pyjamas,' and 'I'm still in my dressing gown...' Why wouldn't you be? This started more or less at 9.30-10:00 AM on a Saturday morning. What would you be wearing on any normal Saturday morning? Not long after getting up? Your night attire I'd imagine !

Do you think you should be fully dressed in a suit and tie? Or a Pantsuit, or a cocktail dress? Or a smart skirt and freshly ironed cotton blouse and stilettoes....? To watch the coronation in your own house at 10:00 o'clock in the morning??? You're in your own house! 😂

Nope! If they sang give me oil in my lamp keep me burning or all things bright and beautiful I'd be on it though.

The choice of music could have mixed up some recognisable stuff as well. This is the first I’ve burst into song for.

Yes, the other two (especially Charlotte) seem to take it all in their stride, even when younger, but Louis doesn’t seem like he’s cut out for tolerating tedious ceremonies. I love how he always makes his feeling clear.

Me too. I had high hopes for these descants at the final verse of Praise Him too.

Up at 6am so I'm dressed (not in stilettos though!). I'd love a lie-in but we have animals to look after so sadly not an option. To be fair I do look scruffy though so PJs would probably be smarter!

Why do you think they look silly. Older ladies can wear posh frocks in any colour you know.
