He’s on his way back to the US so presumably he declined. The palace have refused to say either way what his answer was

This footage of the marching bands is great, and nice to hear the crowds.

I think any royals not in the procession will just get cars back to the palace.

The Waleses, Wessexes (Edinburghs?), Gloucesters, and Kents are in the procession, as well as Anne and her husband. The Yorks, Tindalls, Harry, and Peter Phillips, plus Andrew, aren't.

Along with the other minor royals, cousins etc

Good, I did not appreciate to see Andrew dressed in robes. I think he should be in a suit, end of.
The less of them two to be seen the better.
