My brother's best friend when I was 18. I adored him for years and we dated for a few months. We've been in fairly regular contact on and off over the years until he moved abroad a few years ago. Now it's only vaguely via facebook and the odd time we see each other through my brother. I still think he's a wonderful man but he came out in his 20s (we're mid-40s now).

Not being able to remember everyone you've slept with is very different to not remembering the first person you had sex with. I haven't even slept with that many people but I certainly can't remember the names of all of them and are a couple I now am not sure if I did or didn't (doesn't say much for quality of sex in those cases! hahaha).
