I don't mind trans women using the ladies loo, but I do mind them being in a refuge or competing in women's sports.

I think primary aged kids get too much homework and that it should be reading only at home.

I state educate my kid but think private schools offer amazing opportunities.

I love my DH even though we argue.

HRT hasn't (yet) been the elixir it was sold as on here!

I vape.
I have a personalised number plate.
I wash bedding when I remember which at best is after 2+ weeks.
I cant remember when I last hoovered upstairs.
I eat too much and I'm making no effort to improve that.

I don't think any woman experiencing an unplanned pregnancy should be made to feel like the sensible thing would be to end it.

I agree with this. I think it's quite creepy how people on here almost pressure women in this situation to terminate their pregnancies.

I feel the same about the choruses of 'it'll work out' and 'babies just slot in' and 'I'm pro-choice but couldn't deal with the guilt' and 'nobody regrets having a child'. People often seem very invested in talking women into continuing pregnancies they are, at the least, very uncertain about because they (these posters) are uncomfortable with termination.

Back to the 'lighthearted': I'm very 'MN' in various ways but:
Own two loo brushes
Wash towels once a week
Don't spontaneously combust over plural 'you', Americanisms, Hiberno-English-isms or non-standard Southern English accents
Don't get a kick out of sneering at people who write 'chester draws' or 'could of'
Have indoor cats
Let my teens get on with schoolwork/options/university choices largely themselves (unless, of course, they ask for help or opinions)
Allowed my children to leave the house alone before the age of 11/left them for brief periods from the age of 9ish

I'm 2 stone overweight for starters.

I'm 2 stone overweight and refuse to countenance low carbing.

I do think we need to consider the housing crisis in this country when formulating our immigration policy.

I don't have a cleaner and don't do much cleaning. Certainly not 3 hours/week.

I think parents who are desperate but won't consider sleep training are nuts

I belive strongly in marriage and feel if you love someone you get engaged and get married. In my religion and culture, girlfriend and boyfriend and casual dating is not allowed. Why hang about wasting time. Get to know each other appropriately for a good length of time, make sure he is the right one, he can provide (as women can work or doesn't have to if she doesn't want to, and their husband Must give them money also, his money is wives money but her money is her own money) that he is honest, has a good fun personality and trust worthy and fears God. No hanging about, no dating business, just go and get married. The dating and sex comes after. People find it strange I got married 3 months after meeting my husband. I knew he was the one and I wasn't going to waste any time. Here we are 18 years later with 6 kids !

My grandma who isn't even same religion as me even got engaged at 14, in her day there was no boyfriend and girlfriend, she said as soon as she could.marry grandad she did. And she was on board with me converting to my current religion and being happy and married. But a lot of.people didn't like it. Even a friend of mine, well ex friend now, said she didn't approve we were moving too fast. Another friend was like wait you met a week ago and you love each other. I was like yeah, love at first site and all that!! Haha. Its my life and am happy, husband happy, kids happy. That's all what counts.

Dogs are gross. People who let their dogs on the bed and sofas makes me feel sick. I love to look at dogs, i think they're wonderful animals, but to own one makes me feel sick. I try to explain to people why I am not keen on owning dogs or going to houses where there are dogs because they lick their privates and try to lick me. And then they sit on sofa after going to the toilet outside! People say oh they clean themselves with their tongue. Oh right, so great and so hygienic! Would you let your child into your bed or on the couch after going toilet and not cleaning themselves after a messy poo and sitting on the sofa with no pants on! No.

I think vaping is gross. Its very common especially with women in the town where l live.

I don't see the point of getting drunk and falling in the street, eating a kebab and being sick. But a lot of people call it a great night out.
