I drive a Range Rover , have a hot tub , let my children eat McDonald's, have taken tern time holidays, will have a whole tin of soup to myself, if I cook a chicken it will only do one meal and if I'm lucky a sandwich for the next day. The list is endless

AmandaHoldensLips · 26/03/2023 21:52

I think motherhood is shit.

coffeeandcola · 26/03/2023 21:52

@AllOfThemWitches no one's ever complained or visibly recoiled!

I also don't use deodorant every day and found after a while of showering less my hair is better and I'm not smelly.

I'm definitely grim by MN standards 😂

CheezePleeze · 26/03/2023 21:53

I don't drive and don't want to.

I'm slim with a big appetite.

I occasionally watch porn.

swayingpalmtree · 26/03/2023 21:54

I get lip fillers and Botox, I have a personalised number plate, I dress like the love child of a footballers wife and Liberace. MN would find me horrifically tacky and I don’t even care because these things bring me joy 🤩

DaisyDaisyDaisyDaisyDaisyDaisy · 26/03/2023 21:54

I love having my adult kids round and insist on paying when we go out for dinner. I didn't charge either of them rent when they lived at home!

UrbanMage · 26/03/2023 21:55

I'm overweight, have a dog, am a SAHM who's husband gives her money each week, run the PTA in a super relaxed way. I also am not transphobic, am not 100% straight, have tattoos and purple hair and dress like a hippy art teacher. And I quit teaching because it was a shit job after 14 years. And my 8 year old knows all the swears but wouldn't dare use them in case we take away her gaming privileges.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 26/03/2023 21:55

I think cadburys chocolate is nicer now it’s cheap and shitty and full of sugar and palm oil, AND I don’t think the inside of a crème egg is too sweet

AllOfThemWitches · 26/03/2023 21:56

Another one! I have several facial piercings and a chest piercing. And a tattoo but only the one.

MrsAvocet · 26/03/2023 21:56

I'm a cyclist AND I drive an SUV. And we have an EV too. I think I commit all transport sins.

HealthyFats · 26/03/2023 21:57

I wake my teens up with a cup of tea every morning. And I do their washing.

I think that Roald Dahl thing about horrible people having ugly faces etc is a load of balls.

I think Sally Rooney is really boring.

I am wearing a pair of shoes in the house right now.

Charlottewebsbabies · 26/03/2023 21:57

I don't like cats

I refuse to marry my long term partner

I'm working class
I don't want to move up the career ladder
I've been both a working mum and a sahm at points in my life-single mum
I have 6 kids
I don't get on with my dps dd's-i think they are spoilt, selfish and nasty brats
I dont always take my kids word for it-they can and do get it wrong-as we all do
I answer the door if someone rings the bell
I own a loo brush
I make one meal out of a chicken
I hate waitrose-I think its over priced, tasteless crap

Peckhaminn · 26/03/2023 21:57

Hate snobs
I vape
I have Botox
I'm not very girly and don't enjoy talking about makeup or bitching

JaneFondue · 26/03/2023 21:58

Another one: I never intend to charge my adult kids rent. Ever. I am from a different culture though.

ComeOnThenFanny · 26/03/2023 21:59

Oh I have tattoos as well. In fact, there are many things which make me the antichrist here 😂

Peckhaminn · 26/03/2023 21:59

I also have a personalised number plate my
Parents got for me for my 18th, probably the reason most people never let me out at of roads lol

Markasread · 26/03/2023 22:00

I don't think unborn babies with Downs Syndrome should enjoy less protection than others.

I don't think any woman experiencing an unplanned pregnancy should be made to feel like the sensible thing would be to end it.

I don't like the way GC feminists write off everyone who doesn't agree with everything they say.

I like big families.

I think parents should support teachers and do lots of work at home to engage with their child's learning.

ssd · 26/03/2023 22:00

Im not posh

coffeeandcola · 26/03/2023 22:01

I'm not a transphobe. Others have stated this view so I am too.

Peckhaminn · 26/03/2023 22:01

Justcallmebebes · 26/03/2023 21:43

I answer the front door if someone knocks and I don't change my pj's every day and nor do I wear knickers with my pj's Blush

I do exactly the same, isn't this normal?! I wear the same pjs for 3 days running 🤣

Fluffawuffla · 26/03/2023 22:01

I’m loud and talk a lot !
I have an SUV
And a hot tub
and a dog that’s not a rescue
and a loo brush

wendywoopywoo222 · 26/03/2023 22:01

I have a dog and love her sleeping on my bed.
I love my hot tub
I love unexpected visitors
I'm fat and happy and think I'm attractive
So much to hate 😂

Clevs · 26/03/2023 22:02

I own a hot tub, toilet brush and personal number plate and I answer the door if someone calls.

SpideysMummy · 26/03/2023 22:02

I have crisps/cake/chocolate/ice cream in the house and they aren’t rationed
I like food and am verging on overweight and am not particularly bothered about it
I have time to exercise and do think of it as ‘self care’
I don’t have many friends and consider DH my ‘best friend’ despite this ‘leaving me vulnerable’ if he decides to up and leave me (I’m neurodiverse, I’m shit at friendships)
We use screens quite a lot at home
I leave DCs in the car when I go to the petrol station and sometimes even get a takeaway coffee or a few groceries whilst I’m in the shop
I turned DCs forward facing before 2 for convenience (and because I think they are infinitely safer if I am not distracted driving)
I answer the door and don’t screen phone calls
I don’t clean or hoover as much as I should
I don’t mind if dogs approach me

AllOfThemWitches · 26/03/2023 22:03

I don't think any woman experiencing an unplanned pregnancy should be made to feel like the sensible thing would be to end it.

I agree with this. I think it's quite creepy how people on here almost pressure women in this situation to terminate their pregnancies.
