My absolute favourite lunch that I really look forward to, is corn thins (like rice cakes) with cottage cheese on. I could eat tonnes of it! On the cottage cheese subject, I witnessed my DM mixing in orange segments to hers on a salad the other day. Odd.

I could probably live off baked potato with any topping - baked beans one day, cheese another, sour cream / salsa (ie leftover tex mex dips), tuna, mushrooms. Unfortunately dc don’t like baked potatoes.

Heinz tomato soup with cream crackers in it.

Raspberries dipped in Nutella.

Pickles walnuts - I can eat them whole, like sweets

There's a podcast that deals with this sort of thing. Grace Dent's Comfort Eating asks people what they eat at home on the sofa.
She did James Norton recently and his was Gentleman's Relish on toast, topped with avocado and scrambled egg, with marmalade (!) on the side. I want to try it now.

Weetabix with butter and marmite. I think lovingly of my late Mum every time I indulge, it was her very favourite breakfast...

Cold Campbells condensed mushroom soup eaten straight from the can.

Raw stuffing mix.

Microwave rice with mayonnaise AND BBQ sauce mixed in or cooked onion with the cheapest cheese slice on a soft white roll with ketchup and mustard....

Calves' liver and onions.
Rice, semolina, tapioca or macaroni pudding like my mother used to make.
Faggots in gravy (proper solid ones).

Another one for raw stuffing. Paxo original. I love it more than cooked stuffing. Also jacket potatoes with Butter and salt.

And semolina with strawberry jam mixed in.

Agree with pp I love picking at 'raw' stuffing mix more than when it's cooked in the oven.

DH doesn't like soup, tomatoes, beans but I love them.

Makes my lunches super easy though.

Cheap white bread toast. With peanut butter or butter and jam.

Sloppy white bread sandwiches with sardine and tomato paste and cucumber

I love liver with gallons of onion gravy. Most people heave when I mention it.

Try it with nandos sauce and a bag of the microwave frozen veg - Elite!

Same here, I could eat a baked spud any day of the week.

Not a meal but Broad beans with lashings of butter and black pepper.
Mince and onion with Garvey, peas, sweetcorn and carrots with some mash in a giant Yorkshire pudding 🤤
