If you won the EuroMillions, what would be the first thing you'd actually go out and buy?

As per title, imagine you've somehow suddenly just come into a huge amount of money. What would be the first thing you'd go out and buy? Not talking about houses, cars etc. as all that will come with time. Also assuming that you are going to donate a healthy portion to charity and those you know who need it. I mean the first thing you're actually going to leave the house and spend money on for yourself?

I would go to the nearest nice department store and buy every permutation of the Chanel perfume products so all the soap, body creams, talc, sprays etc. and a big bottle of each eau de parfum. Would probably buy a nice bottle of champagne too but still be too scared to buy Cristal or the like!

I'd buy my mum a Dior cashmere cardigan and my Dad a bag of nuts from Lidl (genuinely, this would be all he would want).

I think I'd be too paralysed with shock to buy anything big for myself immediately, but I would book a hair appointment and get my eyebrows done and go out to dinner at my favourite restaurant and buy the most expensive wine on the list.

I would then book a holiday somewhere I could do a lot of walking and thinking. Then, when I'd got used to the idea of the money, I'd buy myself some Cartier diamond stud earrings and a watch.

For someone who doesn't actually buy lottery tickets, I spend way too much time planning for this exact situation.

I would take a suite in the Savoy (autumn to spring) and Burch Island https://www.burghisland.com in the summer and have a very lazy time thinking about which of my plans I really want to put into practise.

Life would have changed forever. I'd never again go shopping. The shops would come to me, perfect in a hotel suite for things to be brought on approval.

My first significant first decision would be for a companion / PA . Social secretary to arrange these things for me. Someone who would always know how to get a table or tickets for opening nights I'd want that someone to be reasonably comfortable with my casual style.

After those initial few days, it would likely be back to back meetings with finance and legal people so I'd enjoy the initial fun stage.

A private operation for someone in my family.

I'd buy a house for my daughter. She currently rents a tiny studio flat in an expensive city (not London) and although we help her with her rent every month she couldn't afford anywhere bigger. She hasn't even got room for a freezer, so I'd love to be able to buy her a house with everything she wants in it.

A live in chef, specialising in tasty weight loss vegan meals, I need to lose weight and find cooking so boring.

Today, a wood chipper

One of those spherical seating pods full of cushions just for me. I'd just spend a few days reading in it and planning what to do with the rest of my fortune.

And maybe an in home steam room thing.
