Yesterday I sprayed Viakal on my bathroom mirror instead of glass cleaner.

What do you mean "And?". That's it. That's the most exciting part of my weekend (so far). Jealous anyone?

I helped a sheep disentangle itself from some barbed wire. Second place is getting to the bottom of the dirty laundry baskets. Love the smell of viakal.

I lost a boot and then I found it.

I've filled up the bird feeders,done some housework and walked the dog....

I sorted out all of DS and DD's pants and felt vaguely embarrassed that some of DD's were aged 4-5 when she is coming up to her eighth birthday.

I managed to reunite some of the odd socks. Also fixed some fridge magnets. I know, I've pushed myself this weekend

I used my new iron for the first time. It's exactly the same as my old
Iron, except 20 years younger and doesn't leak. The thrill!

I cut about 4 inches off the length of my hair using (quite blunt) scissors using you YouTube tutorials. Actually turned out ok.

We know how to enjoy ourselves for sure!

I put my back out sitting at the dining room table for 2 hours doing a jigsaw puzzle... used to be wild sex, or skiing in Canada... a chuffing jigsaw puzzle!!

I measured my draining board for a new dish drainer that I might order but can’t make mind up 😴

I bought a giant rug for lounge. New sofa being delivered Tuesday and I'm so excited as our last one cost £40 on eBay and now I'm pregnant I can't lay on it comfortably. So excited for new one.

Also it was my birthday and I went bowling with DD and DH. It was nice as haven't been for years and I never celebrate my birthday for last 20 years.

My little fostered one who has a whole shopping list of medical problems including dystonia, actually slept right through the night for the first time ever. For the first night in months I haven't spent a couple of hours in the wee small hours trying to settle a little one back to sleep while their body contorts in to all kinds of weird and wonderful angles. We both felt much better for a solid night's sleep.

I have watched 3 episodes of Murder She Wrote. That's right, 3. And it's not even Cabot Cove era Murder She Wrote.
