This long, dark January. It's getting me down. Christmas was three weeks ago but it feels like three months. How can it be so close yet still so far? My friend is losing weight and I'm chuffed for her that she's sticking to it and doing well but .... god I'm so sick of the constant updates and hearing the stresses and strains of every ounce she's lost.
