Mine was Langtrys in Beckenham. Absolute shit hole. We used to get in from 15 years old as the bouncers just asked for our date of birth and star sign! Would sneak bottles of wine in hidden in the lining of coats. Loads of weird, pervy men. Constant fights. I shudder to think of dd in that environment but 13yo me thought it was amazing.

Venom in Newbury.. the inside was done in a type of paper Mache snake design... it was as classy as it sounds and once got a nasty bout of conjunctivitis after a foam party there.

Utopia in Reading, they used to run a free bus from my town at the weekeend. That bad they had to bus the victims in

I was often to be seen in Easy Street (did you gave a drink at Vogon's & Fagin's on the way?). I was at The Black Orchid on its opening night - blokes had to wear a jacket & tie!

Also went out a fair bit in Preston. Tokyo Jos, but if you're talking shite then Squires and then 6th form nights out in Arabella's.

Uni was Klute in Durham or Elysium/Rixy's. Both brilliantly shit.

So when I was going on about the Blue Room, I’ve no idea where I got that from. I meant the Cotton Club. Does that ring any bells? It was really rough but then got taken over and jazzed ip and all the west coast people would go.

Remember when the 'x" fell off and it was Roy's Disco for a great many years! I never got to go in, it was closed by my clubbing years but a huge building.

Ritzy and the Zone in Northampton. Once saw a couple having sex on the dance floor for a really big night it was Flamingo's in MK (upthread mention already).

In Cambridge it was Cindy's in Lion Yard (it had a different name by the time we arrived but I couldn't tell you what it was as everyone still called it Cindy's!)

Mine was a seedy little place in a village in Brittany, France. Very weird. Don't want to remember very much. 😁
