I love this! It’s like one of those comfy beds in a really nice hotel. I’m jealous, I’ve love to lay in your bed after a tiring day haha

This is mine - I can't wait until they increase NMW to a more realistic level, so I can maybe think about upgrading to something a bit smarter.

It's F & B Cornforth White. It does look lovely in that room because it's so light. If you've a darker room, go for F & B Ammonite for the same effect. I'll put some other pics up so you can compare.

The first is Cornforth White in a darker room. It looks a bit bluer.

The second is Ammonite in the room with the desk.

Here's mine. Unfortunately DP was slopping out with a fresh bottle of San Pellegrino water and wouldn't move so unfortunately his ugly mug is also in the pic. :(

Right. I wanted to “wait until my room is tidy” (never post a photo) but something needs to be done. This is my bedroom, right now, in all its rot and glory. Replete with brassiere tossed asunder, my son’s evicted Super Mario (his face was scary, Sudocrem, discarded baby bottles (evidence of my failure as both a breast feeder and dishwasher loader), creased bed sheets, laundry on the chair “waiting to be put away”, wires on the floor, enormous telly and no intellectual books in sight.

This is where I made, held and nursed my children. This is where we giggle on Saturday mornings. This is where I lie on husband’s chest and chortle at Taskmaster when the kids are in bed. This is where I put together my best and worst outfits. This is where I went into labour. This is where my c section scar burst! This is where my grandmother told me she had cancer. This is where I live.

I don't mean the jokey ones, they're funny. I mean the deliberately misleading ones. I loved Grubz's - sigh

Brutal but fair. I appreciate it that you didn't sugar-coat it and told me straight. Maybe it is a teeny bit de trop and I should possibly be thinking a bit more minimalist. How about something a little more understated - like this?
