@ArabellaScott Snap! Ours has woodchip on the fucking CEILING. Now all half peeled off. And a giant 1980s faux marble gas fire monstrosity thing. Plus our spare room is being fixed up so all the clothes horses and piles of shite live in the bedroom temporarily, putting a pause on any improvements. And I’m 38 weeks pregnant so can’t pick up socks and tissues and tiny bits of Duplo from the floor anymore. We’ve got the bones of a good space – it’s 25sqm with a giant bay! – but you have to be an archaeologist to spot them through the CRAP.

Sounds like mine! Liking the wallpaper. My bedroom is a shit tip at the minute (we need more cupboards probably). Seeing some really nice bedrooms, which makes me think mine is really bad haha 🙈 it's the kick up the arse I need though.

So many lovely rooms. I'm not sharing mine as it's horrendous. We haven't decorated and the previous owner only decorated when she first moved in, in the 1960s. I have orange stripey wallpaper and swirling brown lino on the floor. It gives me nightmares.

Yes, I was in the ugly apartment block around all the pretty Notting Hill buildings. At least it had big windows!

It was an investment (and I'm not sure they have the same one now though you can get them made to order) but has come into it's own now with the cost of heating as it's very cosy as an extra layer at night.

I wish I was more handy with a sewing machine though as it's basically just Liberty fabric with wadding in the middle, there's no actual quilting or anything fancy going on despite it being called an "heirloom quilt"

These are the only tidy parts of our bedroom I can share...

I cleared out the old wardrobes for new fitted ones and haven't had time to put everything back properly so things are in boxes and bags and the cats are 'helping' me sort them out

@SollaSollew thank you! No wonder it looked familiar, I regularly have to talk myself out of buying one of these in Liberty! Best start praying for a decent January sale…

My room. I've got quite old fashioned and electric taste, but I like it. I did try the minimalist look but it never lasts very long.

Mines basic then again it’s a small room en-suite takes most of the space thinking of knocking it down.

Oh I LOVE these! I wanted lots of this in our house but DW said no, she's quite minimalist! Looks amazing.
