I think Julia is generally a lousy person m, daughter, mother, and friend. We’d feel too sorry for her otherwise.

I just don’t get Meg at all. She’s really successful but just so needy.

Then again, every character is so very flawed. Apart from Liz, there’s not a single one I’d want to be friends with.

I agree that Julia is a very unlikable character. She treated her mother appallingly
and just seem to use her friends.

thanks op! Been waiting to rewatch season 3! I have watched 1 and 2 loads of times and I never rewatch anything but I love this show so much!
my favourite one is the one with the swimming pool party where Julia has had her her done for an important meeting then ends up having to go in the pool. It’s just so so funny and relatable.

Will there be a season 4?

I have mixed feelings on the 3rd season, it felt very rushed.

I thought the Mother's day episode was superb. I actually cried during the scene with Julia and Meg on the doorstep. And the contrast between poor Amanda (not a word I'd usually use with that character) and her mum, and with Anne and her mammy.
