Just that really. I've only ever eaten sweet yoghurt you get from supermarkets. But never plain.

Often, I hate sweetened and flavoured yoghurts. I buy full fat Greek and have it with fruit, nuts, granola or muesli, a little honey or caramel, and lots of cinnamon sprinkled on top.

A tiny drop of vanilla transforms Aldi low faith Greek yoghurt 👍🏿☘️

Titsflyingsouth · 13/10/2022 12:19

2-3 days a week. Have it for breakfast with ground nuts and occasional blob of honey...

3-4 times a week.
Full fat Greek yoghurt with grated apple and Cinnamon

Most days. I'm diabetic, so have Alpro greek style soya yogurt as it's very low in sugar. I usually add a sprinkle of blueberries and some low carb granola for texture. I had a spoon of DH's raspberry yogurt the other day and the sugar in it was horrific, made my tongue tingle.

EmmaStone · 13/10/2022 12:30

Frequently, usually for breakfast with muesli and fruit, as with many others.

I actually now buy Yeo Valley Kerned yoghurt, which tastes very similar to Greek proper yoghurt. I find the Greek-style yoghurts too insipid, has to be the proper stuff (or Yeo's Kerned equivalent!).

SiobhanSharpe · 13/10/2022 12:32

I like a spoonful on top of curries or chilli , in spicy soups and on stewed or roasted fruit like plums, with a muesli or granola topping.

Geranium1984 · 13/10/2022 12:35

Have it on my cereal every morning.
I never buy flavoured yoghurt is too sweet for me. I just cut up some fruit and mix it through if I want a pudding type thing.

RoseMartha · 13/10/2022 12:36

Most days with fruit

ProperVexed · 13/10/2022 12:46

Every morning with muesli.

BrownTableMat · 13/10/2022 12:48

I have full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries, prunes and seeds every morning for breakfast. I love it

Ihaventgottimeforthis · 13/10/2022 12:50

A few times a week, never eat sweetened yoghurt though.
Dips, curries, sometimes mixed with pesto for a sauce, potato and rice salads, with a pudding, as a pudding, out of the tub, in a smoothie, overnight oats...
Children eat it for pud with fruit, muesli etc
Dog has a couple of spoons in his meal couple of times a week
Cat gets the lid

cliffdiver · 13/10/2022 12:51

Daily, for breakfast with fruit and oats.

Gonksmum · 13/10/2022 12:54

Yes, have it most days with fruit or plain. The best one is the deluxe Lidl version, imo.

UseOfWeapons · 13/10/2022 12:57

Every day, love it!

ODFOx · 13/10/2022 12:58

I buy a kg Tesco own full fat Greek every week. DC have it on granola. I use it in curry, in raita, in place of sour cream for Mexican dishes, in place of crème fraiche for desserts, as a dressing on many vegetable dishes (with garlic or mint etc) or just to eat with a spoon and a drizzle of honey.

Crappydoo · 13/10/2022 13:01

Rarely or never because I'm not a martyr

LynneBenfield · 13/10/2022 13:01

I buy the big pot of fage (about a kilo) full fat Greek plain every week as DH has it with breakfast and we with meals in the week.

LynneBenfield · 13/10/2022 13:02

Ha, same as @ODFOx

QueenLagertha · 13/10/2022 13:02

Have Greek yoghurt every day, mostly in overnight oats.

FourChimneys · 13/10/2022 13:05

Every day as part of breakfast. Vegan oat yogurt only though.

eddiemairswife · 13/10/2022 13:06

Never! My house is a yogurt-free zone.

grapehyacinthisactuallyblue · 13/10/2022 13:07

Have it often, with fruit and muesli. Lovely.

Lemoncurd · 13/10/2022 13:08

Daily, just had a second portion today as well- a one off in a smoothie

OddBoots · 13/10/2022 13:16

Full fat Greek almost every day, I have a small bowl most evenings with a spoon each of inulin and psyllium husks mixed in until it whips up light and airy.
