Jess Glynne. Her voice is…mean, somehow. Sort of strangled and ungenerous. Sam Smith - his voice is soft and flabby and pale. I may be projecting.

Heather Small. Can't bloody stand it!

So many people whose voices I love on this thread!
For me it's Bob Dylan. Great songs, horrible voice.

Can’t bear his voice or songs . His songs have such a childish basic feel to them. Switch off every time I hear on the radio.

All those sad boy and girl crying singers. Lucas Graham, Sam Smith etc. all singing like their bottom lip is trembling. And adding a few urban vowel sounds. Urgh. I don't want to hear sulky songs

I hate the sound of Mel C's voice although she was probably the only one in the spice girls who could sing in key.

The guy from Bastille can't sing more than one syllable at a time without taking a break. Once you hear it, you can't unhear it (sorry )

I disagree about Katie Melua - most of her material isn't my cup of tea, but she has a beautiful tone and clarity to her voice and really can sing.
