Carrie's dress today

Am I the only one who thinks that at every formal occasion she tries to upstage Boris?

Shocking pink today, often in red at important occasions.

Her dress today has an open back, slit to the waist from just below the neckline.

She's going to meet the Queen.

Sorry, but regardless of your politics I just think she has no idea how to dress.

Or maybe she does if she's seeking attention.

I thought she looked nice. She is very attractive
It did look as if she was going clubbing , but she has a lovely figure and hair and what she sees in Boris Johnson is a mystery.
I just hope he treats her a lot better than his other wives and girlfriends.

I don't know many people who go clubbing in long sleeved dressed with high collars that go down to your ankles 🙄

That is not a dress to wear to anything formal.

It's stunning, as is she. However the dress looks like a particularly glamorous beach cover up over a black bikini.

It's not merely flimsy, its actually sheer. As in, we all know what colour underwear she's wearing.

It isn’t at all inappropriate …it’s frumpy if anything. The age difference is far more inappropriate and should be embarrassing but hardly anyone mentions it.

Ok so you can clearly tell from (not) backless back that she's not wearing a bra. Therefore the shaming of being able to see her bra/bikini (oh the horror!!) is ill founded as Mrs Johnson was clearly not wearing a bra at all.

I suppose you're now going to be upset that she had the audacity of meeting the queen without proper corsetry too.

I saw the clip of them walking through 10 Downing Street and thought the way the lighting was landing on a perhaps velvety nap on the dress was very unfortunate as the shadows made it look like it was wearing something sheer with a black bra and black thong.

is it actually a sheer dress with a black bra and a black thong? Shock

it's lovely but not something I'd wear to wet windy balmoral with the Queen in residence.

The dress looks out of place for day wear. Boris looks as though he’s been given a temporary release from the asylum to escort his daughter to prom.

I know from the TikTok that there are lots of bras to overcome the backless/ back slit issues. Not sure how they've ended up on my algorithm as much as I would love to wear fancy dresses, 12 years of conservative austerity has meant my public sector wage doesn't stretch to much partying these days Grin.

And while on the subject of the plane why did Ex PM and new PM fly in separate planes. Is it because they hate each other or is there a protocol in place in case it crashes?

It's sheer when she's directly in the light as in you can see the shape of her leg through it, but it isn't see through as in you can see her i❤️Boris tattoo. The darkness is shadows, with the bottom of her top looking like a high panty line. If it was actually see-through you'd see her underwear on all the photos.

Its not backless just got a split down the back.
Where has op got that it's split to the waist?

She may well have cups in, so she doesn't get her nipples sticking out in cold Scotland. Dear Lord imagine the pearl clutching if the Queen was exposed to a nipple pushing through the fabric.

Was she really meeting the Queen? I thought it’s only him. It probably doesn’t look serious and boring enough for a official function but I don’t think it’s important.

Just seen picture on BBC news of them getting off the plane at Northolt. Carrie still in pink, so either she changed twice or didn’t change…..
