I don’t like alcohol. So all this gin time and wine time flies over my head.

I don’t like pyjamas which is annoying because there are really cute ones out there. I prefer nighties.

I don’t like high end food. Oysters and stuff like that..bleh

Staying up late. I'm in bed now.

modgepodge · 13/08/2022 20:20

National trust properties. Booooooring!! I assumed I would become a member once my daughter was old enough to run around them, but honestly other than the playpark (which we can visit for cheap/free elsewhere) I can’t see me or her enjoying it!!

Walks. (This May link to the above!)

Fine dining…I mean I don’t actively dislike it but my husband and I went somewhere very fancy for our anniversary. The starter was £12 and was honestly 4 small tomatoes, a teaspoon of mozzarella and dressing. It was nice but I was still peckish after the meal!

Make up
Cosmetic procedures like botox
Skin care regimes
Shaving

KohlaParasaurus · 13/08/2022 20:22

Intellectual novels with no plot and no clear narrative.
Really stinky cheese.
Wearing make-up.
Being on committees.

A580Hojas · 13/08/2022 20:22

Friends inviting us to their children's weddings. I mean, we are honoured and everything but ... what a pita.

BrutusMcDogface · 13/08/2022 20:23

Honestly? My perfect evening would be a McDonald’s/burger king/ kfc and sitting down to watch a film. Usually in my nightie if it’s warm, or in a onesie if it’s cold. Drinking sprite

Ha same here. Except I'm Scottish, irn bru here please.

froomeonthebroom · 13/08/2022 20:28

Museums and galleries. Yawn.

GiveMyHeadPeaceffs · 13/08/2022 20:31

I don't like ordinary breakfast tea, smells like wet mulch Envy but I do like coffee though only one particular supermarket brand one (I'm so sophisticated Grin).

I detest just about any adult chore like food shopping or planning meals. Can't be doing with planning and organising outings or holidays (just planned a day to the beach and I swear to God the Normandy beach landings probably took less planning/cajoling/whinging).

ofwarren · 13/08/2022 20:31

Sports, any kind of sporting event so Olympics, world Cup, commonwealth games etc

Melomaniac · 13/08/2022 20:31

Another coffee hater!
Sparkling water, even with flavouring it has this strong undertone.
Olives
Seafood. Will only eat white fish and tuna/salmon.
Sex.

I'm sure there's many more!

ironing. Seems to me a complete waste of time and another job for women to do

Absolutely this! I got our iron out to do some hama beads the other day and my 4 year old asked me what it was. That’s how often I iron. (It’s not just a job for women though. My husband irons his own shirts on the rare occasion he feels the need.)

Favouritefruits · 13/08/2022 20:31

Tea, coffee and alcohol

BobMortimersPocketMeat · 13/08/2022 20:31

Coffee
Olives
Beer
Gardening
Spa days
Beauty treatments
Dinner parties
Matchy matchy interior decor
A capsule wardrobe
Expensive clothes/jewellery/handbags

I am in my 50s but, principally because I have no children, I feel like I’ve never really grown up.

I dont like duvets.
I like to regulate my temperature at all times.
Give me blankets any day of the week.

Neverendingmindfuck · 13/08/2022 20:34

Olives are the crumbs from the devil's arse 🤢
(IMO obviously)
I don't like gardening.
I don't do ironing & try to avoid buying garments that would require ironing after washing.
I begrudge paying for 'high end' restaurant food when I'm confident I can make that at home.
I no longer drink alcohol but I never liked fizzy wine. Dry and headache inducing for me.

OriginalUsername2 · 13/08/2022 20:38

Socialising with non-immediate family 😬

Graphista · 13/08/2022 20:40

Another who doesn't get the gun love at all!

Don't iron unless I absolutely have to.

I'm ok drinking tea occasionally coffee but I like to keep caffeine to a min as I have insomnia and I prefer cold drinks to be honest.

Spas. Massages. Haircuts. Nails. Pampering. Fuck off and stop touching me, and HOW much?!

This

And sooooo boring too

MuddlingThroughLife · 13/08/2022 20:42

Coffee
Wine
Cheese
Olives
Dressing smart
Spa days
Getting nails done
Clothes shopping
Food shopping
Shoe shopping, no fun when you're size 2/2.5
Prosecco
Opera
Ballet
Podcasts
Understanding politics

I'm sure there are plenty more!
