Hi, I hope this thread is in the right place. I suppose I’m being a bit nosey, but I just wondered what smells people like that may be considered strange?

I really like the faint smell of chlorine on your skin when you’ve been swimming, and that earthy smell from when it has rained on a hot day.

When you blow a candle out, that waxy burning smell

This, I remember at each of my daughters birthdays! It has to be party candles, Yankee candle doesn't come close.

Love the smell of petrol.

Vicks vapour rub takes me right back to my childhood. A really comforting mum looking after me smell if you see what I mean.

The smell of skin that's been exposed to the sun. It's a unique smell, doesn't happen in winter. I assume because it has something to do with the vitamin D production since its not heat or sweat triggered.

My husband thinks I'm mad but I can smell it on me and on others and it's lovey.

Anyone else know the smell I mean?
