It's raining here (Devon). And has been cloudy all morning.

Maybe it will pick up a bit later.

Not England (Scotland) but its about 25 degrees here and blue sunny skies.

Tipping 36 degrees here in Jersey but forecast showers tomorrow - hooray!

Risen to 38/100 now in the sun. We're lucky so far today to have deep shade - and flagstones - close to the back of the house but it's still 27/80 there.

The flagstones are nice on bare feet and paws/furry bodies though. All the windows, curtains, blinds and external doors have been shut tight since first thing. Internal doors are shut to all the rooms at the front and one side of the house as they've been in full sun all day so far. I quite fancied an ice lolly for breakfast but denied myself or the DC would have wanted one too. I've had to refill the wildlife drinking/bathing water bowls twice already.

Just going up to 36 here, I was out in it earlier on gardening,now I'm in the house,curtains closed,fans on and eating Ice Lollies.

33 here now in Herts and Met Office forecast says a high of 36 at 4pm.

Tomorrow the high is supposed to be 37, so not a lot different.

I'm in my office with the fan on and it feels absolutely fine so far. The back of the house will heat up soon though, now the sun has gone over.

33 degrees in Worcester currently. But sat on the shade there is a nice breeze and it's rather pleasant 😊

31c in Jersey currently due to be 38/39c by 5/6pm. Luckily able to go for a swim in the sea!

London edges here. I usually have to leave my loft office about 2pm and retreat downstairs on hot days. Was 11am today!

40 degrees here - I can barely breathe (asthmatic) if I go outside.

All blinds down, trying to keep the house cool.

My DW is in London today for an appointment and has text to say stepping off the train was like stepping off a plane when going on holiday.

30 degrees here in Cumbria. It's scorching and there's no breeze.

We have the pool out so I'll be in there after lunch!

33° here in North Hertfordshire, currently sitting in front of the oscillating fan, dog is on his cooling mat, spritzing us both with a hairdressers water spray bottle. Got a hot water bottle freezing in the freezer, ice pops, doggie ice treats…. We WILL be cool 😎
