Women's rugby. I have a feeling I'd be great at it. But in reality, I'm the wrong side of 35, about 4 stone overweight & get winded walking up stairs...

If I had thought of it 20 years ago, my life might be different 😅

Line dancing!

Tennis - tried and I can’t hit the ball back.
heelies - so they come in adult sizes🤣
sailing - I can’t get myself out of a pool, so I’ve no chance if I fell overboard.

Rollercoasters, which tbf I did in my teens but still thought they looked fun in my 40's with severe osteoporosis.
I did several, other than one, they were not at all fun, they were painful and left me sore and bruised!

I want to try rollerskating next, sure that won't hurt right?

Summer camps in America. If I was a kid, and American, and middle class...i would want to try it out!

Scootering on an adult push scooter. They make so much sense for short journeys and look so much fun.

Ooh, yes, but I have no rhythm and don't like Billy Ray Cyrus.

Soft play. I loved it as a child but it was a very rare treat. Not like the day to day activity it appears to be on here!

Church.

But only for the ones that do nice gospel music. I'm not religious and have no desire to become part of one, but love movie scenes in good old southern American churches! Looks so happy and joyful.

I'd probably go to church if the nuns from sister act sang though!

I actually have an adult scooter.

It was brilliant..until it introduced me to plantar facilitis. Fab

So I’ve took the handle down as far as it can go and now it’s a scooter for a 9 year old.

Soft play would be brilliant for adults if everyone wasn’t blocked off to such small heights. Trying to climb up after your toddler takes an amazing feat of bending and crawling. You certainly feel your age by the time you’re done

I've got one, it's more work than it looks so it now lives in my car boot!

Are you allowed to use the F word on Mumsnet? Why have fun when you can be prim and proper?

There's soft play for adults now

Paddleboarding. At 58 I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try - mostly because I don't like cold water and I'd probably spend most of my time in it!

Why have fun when you could be reorganising your cleaning cabinet

Being on a jury in an 'interesting' case but actually, I'd probably be disappointed or emotionally scarred for life.

Oh yeah and acid but not worth the risk.

Being a police office- not the work as such, but having a team and having such varied work- I'm supremely bored as a lone worker!!

Diving. I'm getting in to it this year. I've promised myself. Had a try dive last year on hols.

Sailing is fun and I spend very little time overboard! As is paddle boarding, just get a decent wetsuit!! Go for it, both are great!!
