Just starting a new thread for anyone who wants to join!

Long, thanks! Newcastle to Dubai, 3 hours there, 11 hours to Perth, overnight and an early flight to Darwin, which is geet hot as owt! Now my job has been delayed (I'm waiting to join a ship) for the 4th time. It was supposed to be Friday, then Sunday, then Tuesday and it now looks like Saturday...

Can’t believe will be April soon.
The lambs are out. Poor little things in this rain.
Do like the lighter nights, but don’t like going to work in dark again.

Only about 2 years @PickAChew 😂. I'm sure we started looking late 2020 but then properly started early 2021. And so many offer rejections! Hope you and your DSs are well?

I went to Barnard Castle last week and passed so many fields of lambs and thought the same @AlviarinAesSedai. It's so wet for them poor things!

Both are doing quite well, @Someaddedsugar . Google showed me a pic of DS2, taken 2 years ago, looking thoroughly miserable, and the difference now is night and day. DS1 has been doing some work experience on his course and done so well that they've secured him a really interesting sounding placement with the council. Mostly data entry but that's something he can lose himself in for hours, in his own spare time! He's also moving onto a course with more time spent on placements, in September, which will be great for him.

But 2 years 😱

How did you stop spending so much time on here? I don’t post much but but endless scrolling.

My DH went with oldest DD to Arnison Centre this afternoon and told me was carnage. He said was heaving and like hell on earth. 😆

I no longer keep a tab open on my phone, @AlviarinAesSedai so if I want to look, I have to make the effort. Half of the threads are utter bullshit, these days, so I guessed it was time to ltb 😅

I will try not logging on. Do love some threads. But do agree.

Thanks, I got onboard on the 23rd, after leaving the UK on the 14th. It's too hot, we're in the Timor Sea, but there are loads of dolphins.

We went to Mainsgill farm shop on Easter Monday which was a very bad idea. Absolutely rammed and so so expensive! Won't be going back there any time soon!

Went to Wolsingham Antiques Fair this weekend and that was nice for a wander around. And nice to not have any rain for a change!
