Steve Baker would be a dire option for the country. As in one of the worst candidates. And thats in a competitive field.

Agreed. Steve Baker is about as far right as it gets in the Conservative Party and is vociferously against (among other things) green policies. He's not very keen on women or human rights, either.

God knows there's not a great selection to choose from, but I would genuinely have Larry the cat leading the country than Baker.
