I’ll start…. White bread, grate cheese, coleslaw and salt and vinegar crisps (must be walkers as I’m a crisp snob of the lowest standard)

I love a crisp sandwich! White bread, marmite, grated cheese and ready salted walkers 😋

I love wotsits and ham in a thick, white sandwich.

Cheese & pickle with salt & vinegar!

Thick white bread , thick layer of real butter and then Smokey bacon crisps .The introduction of any other ingredient ruins the crisp butty and makes the crisps into a guest !

@Daffodilsdance would a single packet of crisp be sufficient in this scenario? I think I’d need 2 bags to get enough crispyness

oh yes , have to be Walkers . ‘Posher ‘ crisps are too thick and don’t have the right level of crunch - you need to bite too hard .

Crap white bread, proper butter and cheese and onion Taytos.

one can do . Sometimes I use 2 . I then feel guilty so use 1 1/2 and then eat the other half as a side 😋😆

Standard white bread, Philidelphia, loads of cucumber sliced really really thin (I use a peeler) salt and vinegar crisps. Yum.

Childhood favourite: Philadelphia (or Primula, or Dairylea), + double layer Prawn Cocktail Walkers.

Warbutons white toastie bread, Wensleydale cheese, salad cream and seabrook cheese and onion crisps.

White bread on the first day it's opened so it's really fresh and soft, real butter and salt & vinegar walkers. No additions needed.

Exactly! Many of these suggestions aren’t crisp sandwiches: they’re sandwiches with crisps in. A different genre.

All crisp sandwiches are good. I do like cheese and onion crisps in plastic white bread with butter and ketchup.

Oh I prefer just crisps, but if I'm feeling greedy I'll add the dairylea.
