I know female ginger cats are rare (same as Calicos are almost always female) but I'd pick Amber if your cat is female.

Our neighbours where we used to live (three guys house-sharing) had a ginger cat which they called Nutter. Not sure whether it was short for anything (Gingernut, for instance), but he was definitely a bit nutty. Lovely and purry though. Was funny when they shouted it Grin.
