Years ago my nana had a big orange tom cat...he was called Jaffa...it suited him perfectly.

My 8 year old is awaiting us moving into accommodation where we can have a cat and has drawn up a shortlist of preferred types with accompanying names.

She would call a ginger cat Mango - I love it! And she is adamant it has to be a girl cat so I'm pleased to find out we might be able to get a girl ginger

My ginger cat was called Parsnip and he was an adorable not so little vegetable!
