For me it has to be jack monroe. She spends all her time showing people how to eat on a budget. Amazing thread this morning where she does a whole weeks worth of food for 37p a meal! Imagine if she was in government

OP posts:

Michael Sheen.

Crinkle77 · 19/04/2022 13:22

@xedise952

Maybe someone can set up a seperate thread for non serious replies.

I'm not seeing the humour in people starving to death

Humour is a way to get through the dark times. Without it the miserable times would be even more intolerable.

Anyway my vote would be for Andy Burnham.

Inextremis · 19/04/2022 13:23

Caroline Lucas or Peter Kyle

upinaballoon · 19/04/2022 13:24

Frank Field, but he's ill now.

coffeeandteac · 19/04/2022 13:27

Andy Burnham

Martin lewis

coffeeandteac · 19/04/2022 13:27

Sheila fogharty

@Matildatoldsuchdreadfullies

I’m struggling to see how JKR is a joke, when Jack Monroe is a serious suggestion.

I thought exactly the same.

BarrowInFurnessRailwayStation · 19/04/2022 13:32

Jackie Weaver

womaniswomaniswoman · 19/04/2022 13:33

Me too!

Jack Monroe cooks cheap meals. If that's the criteria I shall be the successor to Johnson.

PoseyFlump · 19/04/2022 13:33

@coffeeandteac

Andy Burnham

Martin lewis

Andy Burnham with Martin Lewis as chancellor of the exchequer. Now that would be amazing!

TeaAndStrumpets · 19/04/2022 13:33

Quite.

FrogBowl · 19/04/2022 13:33

Hugo, my dog. He's decent, honorable and fair

Hugo sounds like a good call.

I won’t put my dog forward as he’s shamefully more like Boris.....humping anything and everything, messy hair, overweight, doesn’t follow rules and doesn’t have a clue how many children he’s fathered. 😏

TeaAndStrumpets · 19/04/2022 13:34

Sorry, replying to Jack Monroe v JKR.

harriethoyle · 19/04/2022 13:35

Dolly Parton

Palavah · 19/04/2022 13:35

@decentchap shame there's no nominative determinism at work on you

Felix125 · 19/04/2022 13:37

David Attenborough

carefullycourageous · 19/04/2022 13:39

I don't want a dream PM, I am happy with a decent enough, ordinary PM. I am willing to give Starmer a try.

I don't need charisma. We have had enough bloody charisma with the lying twat!

I do like Caroline Lucas a lot.

lifeturnsonadime · 19/04/2022 13:44

J K Rowling without a shadow of a doubt.

Change123today · 19/04/2022 13:44

John Smith if only :(

David Miliband

To be honest I can’t seem to like any of the option on the table. Starmer has wasted this opportunity- so much more could/should have been said.

loobylou10 · 19/04/2022 13:45

Martin Lewis

Forgothowmuchlhatehomeschoolin · 19/04/2022 13:46

Martin Lewis all day long

TonyBlairsLover · 19/04/2022 13:47

Ronnie Reagan or the jellycat frog teddy as he seems diplomatic

Dundonian · 19/04/2022 13:49

JK Rowling would be my dream PM. Realistically, Yvette Cooper. Best ones we never had - John Smith, Ed Balls, Andy Burnham.

IdblowJonSnow · 19/04/2022 13:51

Me!! Vote for me! I'd do a great job. Smile

TonyBlairsLover · 19/04/2022 13:52

@IdblowJonSnow id give you my vote Grin only if you change ‘jon snow’ to ‘Tony Blair’
