The thing is, we only see her in photos. We don't know what she's like in real life, so can't judge.
I think she probably has got very, very good skin. So had Marilyn Monroe. Someone who met Marilyn described how it was just luminous and hard to to do justice to in words. Princess Diana had good skin. There might be some biological imperative to having a sex hormone which makes your skin glow. It might be a sex pheromone thing which only potential reproductive mates pick up on.
Some men are devastatingly attractive without it being easy to say just why they are so much more attractive than other men. Case in point - Harry Styles. He seems capable of attracting any number of famous and beautiful women. I've never seen him in real life. Perhaps he has a strong sex hormone magnetising women.
I wouldn't argue with either example, unless I'd seen them in the flesh.
