What's for dinner or what was for dinner tonight?

I love these threads - they give me lots of ideas.

We are having keema curry made with a Patak's madras spice pot (might be quite hot), onion, garlic, beef mince, tomatoes, peas, spinach and a stray carrot. With basmati rice and poppadums and minty raita.

What have you had / are going to have?

We had chilli, made from Jamie's Happy Days cookbook - not made this particular chilli recipe in year, but it was delicious. Leftovers tomorrow night on baked potatoes with cheese, sour cream and some rocket. I love when there's leftovers for the next evening as hate meal planning.

Beef Massaman curry. Some tonight, some tomorrow and two portions frozen.

Tofu Buddha bowl. Crispy tofu, roasted sweet potato, chilli and soy courgettes, edamame and either a bit of brown rice or a handful of spinach, depending how virtuous I'm feeling. Dressing TBD but probably soy and lime.

How do youbget your tofu crisp? That's always a struggle for me.

Had Sunday Lunch out. It was a starter portion of rabbit pie with ceralic puree and a shared portion of chips. It was fab. Dinner was yellow ticket mixed chinese starters picked up on way home.

We had this from Gousto, was delicious and pretty much looked like the picture.

Air fryer meatloaf, with mash and green veg

I cooked a beef casserole. Enough for two days. Beef with onions, carrots, green beans and onion gravy granules.

Gammon with roasted butter nut squash, a celariac and white cabbage slaw, watercress salad.

Roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings, followed by summer fruit cobbler with ice cream. Delicious!

A mix of pasta evangelists pesto and sundried tomatoes pasta I got in a too good to go box topped up with orzo with pancetta and peas (the box of pasta was only for two people and there are 3 of us)

For desert chocolate brownie desert with some cream (cream tgtg again!)

Chow mein

Eggs chips and beans! Had a busy day and going away tomorrow to the lake district in the campervan.
Tomorrow in the van will be pork in gravy with apple sauce, roast new potatoes, sprouts and cauliflower in cheese sauce.

Roast beef, roast potatoes, gravy, greens. White wine. Chocolate pudding to follow. It was delicious.

Eggs in Hell, guacamole, rocket, fresh crusty bread.

Too much wine.

Pad Thai and ginger shredded chicken.

Last night dc and I had butter "chicken" and dh bought himself a takeaway. Tonight, dh had last night's takeaway leftovers, dc had pasta and pesto and I had a "bacon" and fried egg butty.

Last night - homemade fish & oven chips.
Tonight - chicken skewers with potatoes and roasted peppers
Tomorrow - beef chilli with tortillas

Last night we went to Pizza Express after swimming.

Tonight its marinated tofu, potato, courgette and pepper chunks on skewers with some cauliflower rice and broccoli.

I love egg, chips and beans, not had that in ages.

Last night was home made butter pie, asparagus, broccoli and gravy. Tonight san francisco noodles with salad

Last night we had chicken in a creamy tomato and basil sauce with pasta, LOADS of parmesan, garlic bread and olives.

Tonight we're staying in a hotel so...don't know yet!
