So this is a Ukrainian news report. I've included a translation below.

A publication on LiveJournal states that on March 21, Putin allegedly held a video conference with Nikolai Patrushev, Sergei Shoigu, Valery Gerasimov and Alexander Bortnikov.
During the discussion of the current situation at the front, the losses of Russian troops were allegedly discussed, and Gerasimov described them as "significant". Putin interrupted his henchman and asked: "What does it mean to be significant? The allowable losses of 30,000 and 50,000 people are nothing compared to the goals that will be achieved after the victory."
In addition, the new deadline for Putin's victory in the war was allegedly limited on May 7. It is until this date that he allegedly plans to force the Ukrainian authorities to sign agreements that can be presented on the domestic market as Ukraine's capitulation, and to hold a "triumphant victory parade."
During the meeting, Putin blamed Gerasimov for heavy weapons losses and suggested using military equipment more wisely. In fact, the enraged dictator directly ordered Gerasimov to ignore the loss of manpower, and above all to protect technology.
With regard to the mobilization of the population, Patrushev reportedly reported that preparations for the process have been completed and, if ordered, will be carried out promptly and as soon as possible.
This isn't remotely sourced, nor verified. This is what is circulating in Ukraine so will be shaping expectations there in terms of losses / timescales so is worth seeing. But have a huge bag of salt to accompany it. Obviously Russian soliders in Ukraine checking for updates on the war, perhaps won't want to be seeing this type of reporting...
Having said that, realistically a May 7th deadline for Russia is probably the absolute limit that the economics / logistics / equipment even without thinking about men. That sort of ballpark of a timeframe keeps coming back from various sources. Certainly we aren't getting much saying past mid-May is viable from any quarter.
