I am so bored of thinking about it, so far we have

Chill, biscuits, and salad

That's as far as I've got.

Steak with a red wine jus, and veges
Chicken and Kumara Risotto
Bangers n mash and veges

Pink pasta is made with lots of broccoli, red pepper, and tomatoes, add fresh basil, oregano, and cream cheese, and you get a lovely pink sauce, to which you add your cooked pasta

Bored of everything. We've got a food delivery coming tomorrow. I'm planning:

toad in the hole with veggie sausages, served with roasted parsnips, carrots and shallots plus green beans

pasta pesto with baby spinach, feta and olives

Nigella lamb, pomegranate and date tagine (so so easy) and cous cous with sultanas, pine nuts, lemon and coriander

Paella with prawns, chorizo and chicken

Sun dried tomato pesto pasta with bacon

Thai salmon fish cakes, potato wedges and corn

Gnocci with crème fraiche, peas, lemon and ham hock

Pasta bolognese and pesto bread

Pasta and Ragu.
Smoked trout, potato, egg, dill and creme fraiche salad.
Cod tacos with mango salsa.
Fish goujons, mash and peas.
Mexican bean and tomato stew.
Shop bought pizza (BBQ chicken) and salad.
Teriyaki beef and noodles.
Lebanese stuff: flatbread, dips, salads

Traditional Sunday roast
Caramelised Vietnamese pork mince with rice and veggies
Nachos
Spaghetti bolognese
Chicken souvlaki with tzatziki, homemade flatbreads, Greek salad (and probably mini roasties)
Chicken tikka masala

Vegetable and lentil curry with rice
Veggie burgers in buns with skin on wedges and salad
Jacket potatoes with bean chilli, cheese, sour cream and salad
A sort of veggie shawarma kebab thing in wraps with lots of peppers, cabbage and chillis. Not sure what that’ll be like!

And lashings of gin. Three adults at home - there will be leftovers for lunches. All work full time so midweek meals are quick and easy

Tonight breakfast tea, roast, chicken and chorizo rice, fish, spag Bol, vegetable curry.
Friday we are out or take away as ds2 will be back from residential.
