Do you know what’s really sad? Some really great & happy news, in the middle of the shitstorm that’s been the last 2 years / 3 weeks, has to descend into bitterness & classism. Give it a fucking rest, for a day. Seriously. Even just until midnight.

An amazing moment to see Richard and Gabriella in Parliament on their way to greet Nazanin off the plane.

So glad they were able to make it to hear the outpouring of love and support from MPs from all parties in the Commons Chamber.

This is incredible news, sad to see the vipers out on force using their powers for evil- on what's meant to be an amazingly positive news story!

I suggest you listen to the podcast called Nazanin on radio 4 about her case and reasoning why hers is more well known than others and it's absolutely got nothing to do with ethnicity!

Thank god she's been released, that family have suffered far too long.

@Tippexy it was originally due to leave at 1830 local time but was pushed back due to delays in the flight leaving Tehran.

Looks like it’s lining up…

I thought I’d have to wait until I got back from work to see if she was safely in the air… turns out my clients had been following it too so I got updated by them! I am so glad that they are both in the air now and on the way home. And so relieved. I honestly thought they would never let her go.
