Is Anyone Doing Anything For The Platinum Jubilee?

I’m on holiday that week but haven’t really thought what to do. We don’t really know our neighbours so a street party is out. Perhaps I’ll ask DM & DF if they fancy meeting up for a little tea party. And there’ll be loads on tv. I might even buy some trashy commemorative bits!

No - I have zero interest in it and no idea which bank holiday it is being celebrated on. I would get rid of the lot of them.

Probably do a buffet as ds (8) wants to celebrate it.

There’s very little interest in it where I am. No parties or events. As a republican, I’m ok with that.

We're having a family barbecue on the Friday, but only because we're off work, not because it's the jubilee.

We’re off to a small village in north Wales where I’m hoping to completely evade any form of celebration.
if necessary I will go for a trek each day, up the nearest mountain 🙂
