Dd2 is sitting on the sofa completing the QR code feedback survey from the attraction we were at today.
She always wants to rate the cleanliness of toilets or the service in a shop.
Just why????

@plominoagain

DD1 loves de icing cars (she’s 16). If it’s a freezing morning , I can guarantee she’ll get up without whinging , just to do it. Father Christmas put a scraper mitt in her stocking and she was ecstatic .
This is a fabulous mix of quirky and useful

Mine was doing patterns with a fork on mash (like you get on cottage pie) when I was younger
No idea Grin

We spent many happy hours in the Go Outdoors tent display area when mine were young. Every single tent needed assessment; who would sleep in which bit and where would the table go; and how many zips could they see. I got the feeling a lot of kids did this though!

We rarely watch TV in real time so the dcs have never really seen adverts. When our internet went wrong and we had to watch normal TV for a while they became obsessed with the ads. They all called me to see something amazing on the TV - it was a VAX carpet steamer thing Grin

My DS would stir water in a bucket with a stick when he was little for hours. And watch the free Disneland DVD and put together and take apart his train track.

He has had many fads but the one that has stuck is his love of history. We've been to so many museums and we still have the most amazing time!

DS2 (2) loves the big supermarket shop. He will happily sit in the trolley seat eating snacks and looking round while DH goes to both the big Sainsburies and Aldi every weekend.

DS1 (nearly 6) loves watching interior design/architecture shows and critiquing the designs with me. "Your home made perfect" is his favourite.
