I wondered now that the government are ending free tests if anyone else is stocking up on free tests?

I'll be giving our LFT away soon. Not sure why we have a box, one of the teens just turned up with it.

No, but I hope that CV people will still be given them if they choose to shield/be as careful as possible. That will allow people to visit them and provide help/care.
I don't think it'll extend to the CV

The critically vulnerable (4 jabs group) will surely be eligible, and the CEV might be. As might the very elderly. But I doubt it'll be more than that

Ordered last week and now have them. Three events coming up which ask for them beforehand.

I live in the middle east, the average salary is £5k a month tax and bill and rent free. Expat boards are full of Brits getting family and friends to stock up and bring them out so they don't have to pay £2 a week slto allow their child to attend school. Such irony that they don't even pay any tax. People are so mean but I guess that's a result of growing up in a nanny state. Meanwhile the rest of the world take care of themselves.

I'll be interested to see if schools still require us to test kids (I doubt it).
But I've been testing DC and myself twice a week, plus daily tests when there has been an outbreak.

The class I work most in had 80% of the children off a month ago so it feels weird going from masks, daily testing, isolating, to nothing at all.
What I have left, I'll save for before meeting with my parents.

We had an email from out school yesterday saying that the routine biweekly testing was stopping

I have four boxes plus a half box that my partner was given by his job. I'll probably order a couple more boxes because we both have close family members who are CEV.

I don't mind paying for them, if they're not mad expensive, but we're on a limited budget so will have to see.
