I LOVED Pogles Wood. I still have a Pogles Wood bowl! I also have fond memories of Hector's House

The Biz and the Wilde House are two of my favourites. Loved watched a few bits on YouTube recently

Several Helen Cresswell stories were dramatised - Moondial and The Bagthorpe Saga are the ones I remember. In an episode of Absolute Zero the kids were taking the labels off tins to enter the competitions on them and no one knew what was in any of tins in the cupboard. Exasperated mum served a pot luck meal of two tins opened and eaten together: peas and custard. Their uncle had a lilac safari suit and they called him The Lavender Man behind his back.

Thanks @jimmyreckon the actor who played the step-dad was the chef in Fawlty Towers I seem to remember.

Preschool - Chockablock, Cockleshell Bay, the Flumps, You and Me, Button Moon, Jamie and his Magic Torch
Primary school - Ulysses 3000 or whatever it was called, Mysterious Cities of Gold, Box of Delights, Saturday Superstore, Why Don’t You, The Adventure Game, Dr Who, Cheggers Plays Pop.

I had Hectors House wallpaper when I was small. I loved Hong Kong Phooey.

My absolute favourite 80s children's drama was Break in the Sun. Based on the book by Bernard Ashley, absolutely heartbreaking but beautifully written.

I thought I was the only one who read / watched this. Did you ever see Moondial?

Cheggars plays Pop was ace. Like it’s a knockout with pop music!

Penny crayon, I loved that show so much along with Shoe people and Poddington peas.

These are educational programmes, but I absolutely loved Geordie Racer and Through The Dragon’s Eye. I would have loved to have been Spuggie with my own pidgeons and all the drama of the Great North Run!

I loved a programme that was set in a doll house in (I think) an antiques shop. It was all about the people who lived in it but I don't remember the name
Also loved fun house, flumps, cockle shell bay, balamory and Tweenies....I am aware that spans many years but I am a childminder so still watching childrens tv now

The BBC series we used to watch in school called Look and Read which had mini series on it called Geordie Racer and my favourite, Dark Towers

I was so happy when I finally went to Belton House in my 30s and touched the Moondial

Knightmare. I'd sit infront of the TV bouncing and squealing as the Knight stripped off as the hunger kicked in.

Woof! The friend from the second cast went to my school. So cool
