engagement ring - which one to get? (Photos included)

I need to decide which engagement ring to get: blue sapphire, diamond with stones on the ring or just plain diamond ring.

I'm looking to wear it everyday (office work). I like blue sapphire but afraid in 10+ years time I might not like it anymore. plain diamond ring would be much safer option and with just a single ring would be able to afford better quality.

cannot decide! what are your thoughts?

Personally, if it was for me. I would go wider band. Definitely with some being. Something like these.

No 1 is stunning but No 2 just has that touch of class, I love the channel of diamonds on the shoulders. No 3 is a bit plain and old fashioned, very similar to mine that I got 22 years ago!
